Laws has been Chief Executive Officer for Victory Electric since 2013. He received a Master of Business Administration in management at Texas Woman’s University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in management at The University of Texas at Arlington. He also completed the NRECA's Robert I. Kabat Management Internship Program. Laws previously served for 9 years at CoServ Electric and has extensive experience in management, marketing and key accounts business development.

Unruh has been the Chief Financial Officer at Victory Electric since 2015. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Fort Hays State University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Formerly the Director of Accounting at FairPoint Communications, she worked in the telecommunications industry for 17 years. She represents Victory as an alternate delegate on the Sunflower Electric Board of Directors.

McGill has a Bachelor of Science in cartography from East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma. He worked 19 years at a Texas electric cooperative and 5 years at an oil and gas field services company before joining Victory Electric in 2016.

Miller began his career at Victory Electric in 1997 as a lineman. After 12 years of field experience, he began managing operations at Victory in 2009. He received his Associate of Applied Science from Manhattan Tech and has a journeyman certification. He completed NRECA's Robert I. Kabat Management Internship Program as well as Leadership Dodge.

Grasser joined Victory Electric in 2014. She received a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Bellevue University in Nebraska. She manages human resources, benefits and member services. Grasser has over 20 years’ experience in management, human resources and customer service.

Henry has been at Victory Electric since 2007, working in metering and substations before leading the engineering team. He has an Associate of Applied Science from Northwest Kansas Technical College and was instrumental in creating Victory’s SCADA system. Before joining Victory Electric, he worked as a wind tower production technician.

Schulte has been at Victory Electric since 2021. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Fort Hays State University and has over 15 years of marketing experience. She is a Certified Cooperative Communicator and she previously served as Senior Branch Manager, Assistant Vice President at Sunflower Bank, where she worked for 8 years.

Penick earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Purdue and an Associate of Applied Science in electric distribution from Dodge City Community College. He spent 9 years as a lineman at Victory Electric and joined the key accounts team in 2018. He has led the safety and key accounts team since 2022 and is a Certified Key Account Executive (CKAE).

Ross earned a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy from Kansas State University and a Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. She practiced law for 13 years before returning to Kansas. Ross worked for the Ford County Attorney’s Office prior to joining Victory Electric in 2021.
