Victory Electric wants the bill and billing process to be as clear and understandable as possible. We know your electric bill contains a lot of technical information and can often be intimidating, overwhelming and confusing. That’s why we’ve provided this tool to walk you through the information and charges found on your electric bill so you have a better understanding of exactly what you pay for each month.

The center section of the bill is Your Energy Snapshot, which shows your energy use for the past 12 months in kilowatt hours as well as the average outdoor temperature each month during that time period. Your Energy Breakdown lets you easily compare daily use and the average temperature for the current bill with the same information from one month ago and one year ago. 

If you would prefer not to receive a printed bill, you may call our office or go your SmartHub account and select Paperless Billing in the Settings. A PDF copy of your bill will be available online under Billing History. If you have any questions, please contact our office at 620-227-2139.
