After reviewing the cooperative’s financial health this year, the Victory Electric Board of Trustees authorized the retirement, or return, of $1,187,367 worth of capital credits to members.

Victory Electric is seeking nominations for its Board of Trustees, who are elected member-owners responsible for overseeing the cooperative’s management and long-term objectives. Board members represent specific districts within Victory Electric's service area and serve three-year terms helping to guide the cooperative’s strategic direction.
