Payment Arrangements and Assistance

Are you having trouble paying your electric bill? If you know you cannot pay your electric bill by the due date, Victory Electric will discuss payment arrangement eligibility and requirements with you. We always try to assist members when we can, but certain conditions do apply. 

Once a payment arrangement has been established, the member must sign an agreement to the terms and conditions of the payment arrangement. The guidelines in the payment arrangement agreement must be followed as stated to prevent disconnection for nonpayment. No exceptions are permitted. 

A payment arrangement can be made anytime during the year, but the guidelines differ depending on the time of year. Regular payment arrangements are available starting March 16 with final payment required by October's bill due date, and cold weather rule payment arrangements are available between November 15 and March 15 (separate guidelines are outlined on the cold weather rule webpage).

Please be mindful Victory Electric is very strict in implementing payment arrangement guidelines, and we encourage members to make every effort to comply with the guidelines to avoid broken payment arrangements, which will result in disconnection. 

Members on a PayMyWay billing plan are not eligible for payment arrangements.
